Updated to 6.0.8 yesterday and then re-downloaded EAH off its website. I tried the link up above too. Nothing works. Checked port forwarding to make sure server and telnet were included. I can't think of anything else. I last wiped yesterday but only the saves folder. I'll try a total nuke tonight.
As pointed out, Telnet isn't used anymore. So technically. this should be easier for you. (Should....... Sadly, doesn't mean always. )
the power button isnt from telnet anymore but from the API. In the tool config there is an API IP and a port. Make sure its set to 127.0.0.1 and 12345. In the content folder from the dedicated server is a MOD map and then EMP. In that map there is a config.txt open it and check what IP and port it says. Should be standaard 127.0.0.1 and port 12345. If it doesnt or if tool doesnt make sure it gets those numbers. Restart tool and server and then it should work. Jascha advised me NOT to change the IP of the API yet since there is no protection yet. If u do change it ppl from outside can control your sever. 127.0.0.1 is a local only address. It might be that its your issue. If the tool and the file does give that address remove the EMP folder and restart tool. It will remake that folder and things should work aswell. I have had that problem and removeing the folder fixed it for me

Wanted to note that the option to uncheck the Public Server does not save in the helper. I uncheck Public Server and restart server and tool as it says. The line for public_srv IS gone from the dedicated.yaml file itself, but in the helper it remains checked. So the next time I close the tool, it makes the server public again unless I remember to go in and uncheck it before I close the application.
You're welcome. Just had someone log in my server and the Server_Prv (may have gotten the exact key spelling wrong) is not in the dedicated.yaml as I just checked it. I guess it will have to be changed to False instead of just removed.
I am having trouble with another check box. Origin Access Others is stuck on. It looks like the tool deletes that line from that config yaml.

Hm, maybe something changed with the new Release. Can you post the Version number from the tool. And you are running the latest Alpha 6 RC2 release or? There is a difference in the Mif.dll, which is locatted in the ServerData-Folder in the Game. That one should be the same as in the Tool folder.. Hey, glad you still like it. He should not change the dedicated unless you open the Dedicated Config. He just reads it once. But I will check it.

I'm having problems getting the CB to work. I have enabled it, even restarted my server but the CB:? is not responding. I see it highlighted in blue. I'm using the 2.7 alpha version. What am I missing?
Hey, what do you mean with 2.7 Alpha Version? Which Tool and which Game Version do you use? Did you enable ChatBot in the config?
