Summary: Personal Armor Color Changes

Description: Personal Stats, Armor Color Chosen (yellow, dark red) in game ok, hit TAB and color wrong

Steps to Reproduce:
Cleaned Cache, verified, Fresh Start on EXP, SP Surv., Easy (hence Med Armor). Chose Color before start to golden Yellow Main and dark red-purple as secondary Color. Game Start. Crah land. Skip RP. Opened with TAB Personal Stats. Result - bright green Armor - Pics attached.

In addition to the above: I made a fresh install of the latest Graphic Driver too. I noticed that I CAN'T change the Avatars Color Setting...it is stuck at Bright Green even as the free chose Color shows yellow when opened, either on start screen or in game.

Good afternoon. My mistake is that the character's color is not preserved; it is constantly dropped after exiting the character creation menu. version of the game alpha 9.6

 

I experimented around on the login screen with color setting and the ONLY color that sticks is choosing the preset NO COLOR Setting which, after hitting the back button, reverts back to plan Black. But it stays Black.

 

Thats sad.

As I am currently running my I-Net via a mobile Hotspot I don't know how much of the Mobile Data a attempt for Video-capture and upload will consume.

The only description is as follows:
I start the game via Steam, as soon as the log in screen appears I TRY to change the colors of my Avatar by clicking on my name in the upper right corner- which does not work. In the menu for the primary and secondary color I try to chose my preferred colors but they don't stay that way. All but the empty button. Which after hitting the "Back"-button jump to complete Black, both primary and secondary Color.

The same way I attempt to make the Video...

I'm trying to see if I can reproduce this. Was this a new install on a new device?

I would like to point out that I changed several settings and re-installed the Graphic driver AFTER I encountered this AVATAR Problem.

by changing from Public to EXP and there it was... that weird Color changing

 

@Germanicus I cannot reproduce this on my laptop. I also have a GeForce video card... but an Intel processor. Not sure if any of that would matter.

(personally, I think it's the awful "fast food" color combination you are picking... your laptop is barfing it back up! )

 

okay if only the armor would lose its color, my whole character is green. I initially thought maybe with the textures of the problem. I tried to change the texture of the character did not help that at the maximum that at low

 

me neither...Actually besides of changing from Public to EXP I did not change anything on my Gaming Laptop. I used the same settings as always and the result was a purple or neon green Armor. Even when I changed back to the Public version it stayed discolored.

 

Thank you for trying. But is seems this Gentleman from Russia @pashOOk has the same issue
