Afraid so- I can repo in 9.3.0 (2491) with both the custom SV shown and a prefab SV with a different cockpit (see attached) in both dedicated server and local creative mode .. my steps were: 1. in first person mode enter cockpit on surface with jet pack off and helmet on; 2. go to orbit; 3. switch to 3rd person view; 4. exit the cockpit and enable jet pack; 5. reenter the cockpit (you should remain in 3rd person view with avatar posture "standing"); 6. use ALT to free look & check the bottom.
