Mode: Creative Mode: Singleplayer SERVER NAME: NA SEED-ID: multiple If applicable: MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS: No Reproducibility: Always Severity: Minor Type: HV/attitude Summary: All HVs leaning left and aft Description:I am having an issue where all HVs are leaning slightly left and rearward when hovering. Testing seems to indicate it is mass related, as hover engine placement had no noticable effect, but adding equal mass blocks to the corners produced much more lean. I tried this in an updated ver10 creative world, and a new ver11.5 creative world with many HVs, old designs and new, perfectly balanced (engine and fuel tank directly down the center, yellow ball directly covering blue ball) test sleds. Heavier vessels will actually begin to lean far enough that the thrusters will kick in to prevent them from drifting. Steps to Reproduce: import or create any HV and hover in place
Hi can you also attach your save game you can see this issue in just to check the HV or HV's out ? SP saves are found here: SteamLibrary\steamapps\Common\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Saves\Games Right click on the save file & place your mouse cursor over 'Send to' create a compressed copy of it then drag & drop a copy in your reply box or use the upload a file option. If the file is too large use a file hosting site like mediafire, dropbox or google drive then add a share link to it. Thanks.
Here is the new creative world I was working on. All the HVs and SVs I tried (that could fly) exhibited this behavior (except for the T-9 shuttle which rolled to the bow and starboard?).
Most of the builds have the core in the center, the ones based on the 2 wide cockpit are obviously not, but were all well balanced. Most of the builds are very well balanced, and the test sled is as close to perfectly balanced as I could make it. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198039818939/myworkshopfiles/?appid=383120&p=1
