    Hi everyonen,

Im stuck on the loading screen after a mere reboot and a chkdsk, after many hours of play. I have attached the latest log. I have tried:
    -verifying the game files
-searched the net for what else it could be
-enlarged the pagefile to 14 GB
    -complete reinstall
-checking that all AV and firewalls are off
-installing unity to see if I can get rewired (the log says it fails to initialize)
Ive attached the latest log file.
    Please help

    Cheers

    Go here:
    X:\SteamLibrary\teamapps\common\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Saves

& delete any file called "inputconfig_v" & try again

Thank you Pantera, that did the trick. Can you tell me what was in that file and how you found the problem to be in it ?

Its an error I have seen some players trigger but have never had it trigger myself on any of my PC's.
In the log you can see the error is about "Rewired" which is related to the in game controls & happens at startup & deleting it in the past has been a way for other players to get rid of this error.

Can I ask when was the last time you played before this triggered ? I mean has it been a while since you last played the game ?

Nah man, it had literally been a few hours. However I did a chkdsk /r on all my drives. Seems to have cleaned up quite the mess, I also encountered corrupt BPs, as well as browser cache deletion, CAD files were set back a few actions, etc.
I believe, this is related to the firmware issues with samsung SSDs. I had also done clean up and repair from Linux on Gparted. Generally, Windows dont seem to have the best file system management...
