I updated a dedicated server to 9.3 and experienced an issue with my new game/scenario. It was loosing the player CV, all AI Patrols and bases in any space playfields after a server restart and I logged back in. Game no more than 3 minutes old. After no resolution with my scenario, I decided to run the default random scenario from scratch to test if it was a game bug. My scenario worked yesterday and so did the default but not today. I don't think it was the playfields but the data not saving or reading it back in once the server restarts and you rejoin the game. Can some one duplicate to verify? Steps: 1) New Game on a dedicated server and scenario: Default Random 2) Player: spawn on planet sbp a cv and fuel up fly into orbit stop and exit the game (save etc) restart the server Player rejoins If your cv is gone and all the dronebasesetup data its a problem.
Whatever the problem was it was resolved in the update the next day on the 30th. So all is good. I've only seen that happen on overloaded playfields where they crashed and it never saved thoroughly. Maybe you got there after the issue was fixed. PS Jump on my server if you want to see 40 nasty Roswell Patrol vessels hunt you....takes survival mode to Zirax occupation survival mode.
