Went off and explored, came back and other text was superimposed on mine (default set-up text, maybe? I noticed some of them had messages on when I created them). Accessing the LCD with "F" only shows my correct text; no mention of the other wors Steps to Reproduce: Tried flying away and returning; no effect, but quitting and reloading the game got rid of it. I've had this happen with LCD screens when they're using the new mode. Happened in both creative and on custom POIs in survival. I think the fix I found is to replace the LCD screen. It's really weird, like LCD text from completely different POIs gets shown on your own blueprint.
Happened with all four that I built. I will try adding some more tomorrow and see if it happens again.
Ok if anyone can find a way to always reproduce this please supply the steps you use to make it trigger thanks! Edit: I may have found a way to make this reproducible will update tomorrow.
The red words are from me, the yellow ones are not. I've also never written the words "bridge exit" in my whole life........ Occurs periodically..... can be fixed with a reload. (SP Survival)
LCD signs, not projectors, will display an overlay of someone else's sign data over your own, after a playfield restart. I only play MP. I experience this issue several times a day on HWS. I obtained the secret code to EGS hq buildings this season because it was somehow overlay onto my own LCD signs. Here is 1 example of someone elses sign pattern and data overlay against my own screen
