I have researched the issue on my own. This error has been connected with image file size in the past. However, this is not the case. The file sizes are normal. Also, my file resolution is 800x450 for the image file. I I have had as many as 150 workshop items, but, I reduced down to around 30 and still, the problem persists. I am using Experimental Build. It is updated. The first time I received this error was a few days ago. I was doing business as usual and since then, no workshop uploads. It creates a blank workshop item with no epb file and no image. I have tried subscribing and then adding the files to the folder and then updating in-game. I get the same error. I have attached the log file.
The EXP Branch isnt updated to the latest hotfixes. OPT out of the EXP Branch and use the Public Branch Were on Patch 12.1 Build 2956 Your on 2938
I switched out of Experimental Branch, started a new Survival Game, went directly to my blueprints and tried to Publish. Still getting the same error message. Log File Attached.
In the past one method that worked for some users with this message was to uninstall steam entirely (backup everything important first) restart the PC then reinstall steam.
If your Uploads to Workshop Fail with LimitExceeded Error, follow these steps. 0. Try not to panic! (like I did). 1. Place Steam in Offline Mode. 2. Move "steamapps" folder to Windows Desktop. 3. Uninstall and Reinstall Steam. 4. Open Steam and Place it in Offline Mode. 5. Exit Steam. 6. Replace "steamapps" folder with backed up folder (skip overwrites). 7. Open Steam and Place it back in Online Mode. 8. Restart Steam. 9. Run E.G.S. End your panic attack. Problem Solved. Thank you Pantera, for your solution. V.G.
