Fixed detector and ent loading doesn't work across "world seam" [7482]

    Description:
    I saw a post where someone mentioned a POI springing into existence and firing on them at very short range and had the same thing happen at the place where the rectangular world map wraps.
    Repo:
    On a 2921 game built with seed 717426 go to -8162/3060 and look due west. You can see a flat area reserved for a defense structure. Ping the detector and nothing can be seen. Move across the world seam and the POI is loaded up roughly 200-300M away and the detector now can find it. If you move a few meters further you'll be under attack. Same "can't find it until you cross" issue with resources etc.

    Summary: @Pantera I thought this was already fixed, so it may be a bug regression, but needs to be fixed before v1.0 goes live. @Taelyn said to put it back in a bug report, and this is the closest I could find.

    Attached Savegame Note: In this save game, character is inside an SV with detector.. It's on one side of the meridian, and I've marked on the map 2 resources that are less than 2 KM away on the other side (definitely within detector range). Between the two marked resources are many Zirax POIs. When you scan, nothing shows up over there, no other resources, and none of the POIs. Fly the SV forward toward the marked resources and as soon as you cross the meridian, everything shows up on the scanner. The scanner can work out to 3.5KM on planet, and can't see anything on the other side of the meridian until you cross it.

    Detail: this is similar to the problem of the detector not telling you which way was the shortest route to a POI because of the planet/moon meridian line. The detector cannot scan past the meridian line to see POIs that are definitely within the detection range, see below:

    I was playing last night and noticed.. I used my SV scanner on planet, and it showed nothing ahead of me as I approached the meridian map line, as soon as I crossed it, I got a TON of zirax buildings.. before crossing, it told me I was in zirax territory, but showed no structures until I crossed the line. I know this was an issue a while back with determining the closest direction to an object, etc.. It was fixed at one point, so this maybe be another bug regression. Since v1.0 is one day away, this is a big bug to not be fixed..

    A fix for this is in EXP 1.1 B3065 please check it out if you have the time.
