Was ~100 m in orbit. Stopped CV and when getting inside the HV/SV I got the warning. Moved the SV for a bit to try to leave, was killed. Moved the CV further into space and flew back with the SV and then didn't have any problems.
Can confirm we have received multiple reports of this occurring, though I haven't had any reports of people actually dying just yet.
Thanks we will look at this it only happens when you are either within 300m of the planet in orbit or in a planet within 300m "to orbit" if you move outside of this the message doesn't seem to appear anymore.
