I have been having issues DCing from Private servers. happens 3-6 times an Hr. tried setting the game to run in DX10.. didn't work it has been going on a while thought maybe it would go away with a patch ( 2 Years now and Nope) . I need to figure out what is wrong with my PC?
    i7 8700
    MSI z370 MoBo
    1TB Samsung 970 Evo
16 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4
    EVGA GTX 1080
    Comcast Cable
    ASUS 82U rt router
    Surfboard SB6190

Even get booted setting my PC to DMZ

I don't seem to get booted as often from the Oficial servers. I played today trying to get to level 7 and got booted at 6 with upload_2021-3-8_14-25-17.png

The Unofficial servers I get booted a lot more often.

Is there a Log somewhere that i can look at to see why exactly i am getting booted
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot.

The client log & crashes folder locations:
    1. Client log location:
Right click on Empyrion in your steam library > Properties > Local files > Browse local files > Logs <- Look for the folder named by the build number you are currently on f.ex: 3134

    2. Crashes folder locations:
      C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\LocalLow\Eleon Game Studios\Empyrion - Galactic Survival
      C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\Temp\Eleon Game Studios\Empyrion - Galactic Survival
Create a dxdiag file & attach it with the previous files
    In Windows 7:
    • Click on the "Start" Button.
    • In the Search Box type dxdiag and press <Enter>. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
    • Click on “Save all Information.”
    • Save the information to your Desktop, keep the file name as is.
    In Windows 8, Windows 10:
    • Press the [Windows]+[R] keys on your keyboard to bring up the Run command.
    • In the "Run" command box, type in dxdiag and press <Enter>. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
    • Click on "Save all Information." Save the information to your Desktop, keep the file name as is.
Now create copies of all of the folders from the above instructions, compress them with windows built in compression option (Right click on the save folder & place your mouse cursor over 'Send to' create a compressed copy of it) then attach them to your report by dragging them into the reply box or using the upload a file option.

Absolutely do not do this !!!

You are putting your information and resources in a very high risk. Revert this change immediately. This is my advice.

Hi to even begin we would need to at least have a copy of the client logs from when this happened & ideally a copy of the server log files also from when this happened to check if there is any message in there that could possibly shed light on what is going on.

Are the "Router" & "Modem" connected to each other ?
Have you tried connecting your PC directly to the modem as a test ? to see if the "ASUS 82U rt router" could be causing a problem & the issue goes away when it is removed.

Same security warnings, like setting the computer to the DMZ, apply here, please be aware that your system will be unprotected exposing services over the Internet. Use maximum precaution when testing :)
