Build: v1.5 3366 Mode: Survival Mode: Singleplayer SEED-ID: 351543 Reproducibility: Sometimes Severity: Major Type: Entering HV or SV. Summary: internal error pop up screen comes up and wont go away when clicking continue. Also reoccurs when I reload the game and try to play the same world again. Description: Sometimes when I enter an HV or SV I get the pop up window of "An internal error has occurred..." and gives the 3 options of to continue, continue and mail, and quit and mail. Clicking on continue does nothing besides have another pop up window pop up with the same message and options. Quitting and mailing doesn't do anything either as I reload the game and the pop up window comes up immediately after I load in which I will be in my HV or SV now. Thus resulting in me not being able to continue my save game file. Steps to Reproduce: enter and exit HV or SV quickly. sometimes nearby a poi like sanctuary helps to reproduce it. Also when exiting and entering, fly around quickly in one place does help to reproduce it. Also if in survival game state, try not doing the tutorial when you encounter the first HV in the storyline. In the Search Box type dxdiag and press <Enter>. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear. Click on “Save all Information.” Save the information to your Desktop, keep the file name as is. In Windows 8, Windows 10: Press the [Windows]+[R] keys on your keyboard to bring up the Run command. In the "Run" command box, type in dxdiag and press <Enter>. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear. Click on "Save all Information." Save the information to your Desktop, keep the file name as is. Now create copies of all of the relevant files or folders from the above instructions, compress them with windows built in compression option (Right click on the file or folder > Send to > "Compressed (Zipped) folder") then attach to your report by dragging them into the reply box or using the upload a file option.
