    Summary: When building something under water the items are not shown in the preview

    Description:When building under water you can`t see the object before it was placed. Its possible to rotate eg a block but you can`t see what you are doing.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Build something under water
    2)
    3)

    Seems that fixing this has no priority. Nearly 3 Month passed an still the status is the same. "Filed/Traking". Either it`s not a common issue that lot of player involved or it´s a really major and complicated bug. Anyhow: Some message regarding fixing date after 3 month would be nice.....
