    Empyrion - Galactic Survival
    The reason for the changes:
    Now the game is boring, there is no opportunity or incentive to develop further. There is also no incentive to fight with NPC races.
    Literally after 3 -5 days of play, there is nothing to do in the game, there is no goal. I propose to change this.

    Concept.
    1. It is proposed to develop the character and his fleet, and not the game world around. The player will cause chaos himself - give him a goal))
    2. Please note that this change will not require the introduction of new types of blocks loading the server.
    3. The change is made only at the level of the Player's personal stats, but affecting the coefficient of operation of the blocks owned by the Player.
    4. Development is carried out in the form of improvements in science (knowledge) about blocks and subjects.
    5. Development gives additional bonuses.
    6. The development is carried out by classes and levels of sharpening. (Normal,D,C,B,A,S) and sharpen (up to +15):
    7. Bonuses:
    - additional % of the power of the blocks;
    - possibility of graying closed systems (only D,C,B,A,S)
    - To fight need a fleet: number and size of the escorts depend on the class (only D-1(small 50 blocks),C-2(small ones of 100 blocks),B-3(small - 150),A-4(small 200),S+4(small-450)+1(a large - 750). The small fleet also needs to be developed now. If you can't limit the number of blocks, then put a limit on the CPU 1,2,3,4. (If the mechanics of the program code do not allow to put the electoral restrictions, put the total over the tree discoveries, CPA ships (small) to attivati makes sense Normal (CPU 1), C, D (CPU 2), B,A (CPU 3), S (CPU 4 ).).
    - etc.
    8. The change does not affect the usual "Normal" game, because it is a continuation of development, from the current maximum development of the player further.
    9. It makes sense to start the change as a heavy complexity of the game without the possibility of changing it later to light complexity in order to avoid unfair play.

    Algorithm of changes:
    1. Technology skills can be developed by class (Normal,D,C,B,A,S) and sharpen (up to +15):
    2. The tree of science should be opened except for the starting positions (Normal), only if you have disassembled a "foreign" block on an enemy base and not from your warehouse" the subject of this technology and meet the required level.
    3. All high-level technologies there is not a single race, to collect technologies of all kinds, you will have to fight with all races.(accordingly, in order to open the 3rd level generator, it will be necessary to quarrel with one race and capture the 4th level base from them, and improved shields from another race ..) There is an incentive to develop and fight.
    4. Skills and sharpening give an increase in power and you can jump into some galaxies only if you have the appropriate level of development "B", "A" or "S". (Explanation: Equipment of the "B" class is destroyed due to radiation in the galaxy "A" and "S" class, so you cannot go there without having the appropriate level of technology... If it is technically impossible to put the destruction of HP blocks and Player then just put a ban on Player jumping into the corresponding galaxies, if the desired Player class is not reached)
    5. To sharpen you will have to fight a lot, because the mechanics of sharpening and improvement are as follows:
    6. When you collect all the "Normal" technologies, then you will have the opportunity to sharpen them with a chance of up to + 15. The technology is sharpened by disassembling the object + 1 (100%), +2(95%)..+10(50%)..+15 (5%) sharpening the technology with an object, the object always disappears.
    7. You can sharpen with your own objects, improve the class only with "strangers". (Spoiler: If you also sharpen someone else's blocks, it will be a genocide of the NPCs, all the galaxies will be empty)
    8. When you have sharpened to +10, you can improve sequentially from "Normal" (starting) to "D", "C", "B", "A", "S", respectively.
    The improvement is obtained only by parsing an "alien" object with a chance of failure of parsing objects at the point + 10 chance = 50%, at the point + 15 chance = 90%.
    Accordingly to improve with a "D" with "B" it is necessary that all items were pumped to +10 at least and again again with all to fight and dismantle all alien technology from all races.
    9. The chance of improvement from class to class is reduced (+15 "With" chance = 90%) (+15 "S" = 5%)
    10. Without going through all the technologies of the "D" branch, it is impossible to jump over the branch, for example, immediately into "A" or "S", i.e. the whole tree should change from "D" to "B" and again should go from +0 sharpening and so on.
    11. Class improvement gives power improvement "D" +5%, "C"+10, "B"+15%, "A"+20%, "S" =25%. The sharpening of the technology also gives an increase in the power of the parameters of the Player blocks, but according to the lower parameter of the smallest sharpened technology. This way the load on the server will be less, and the development will be more interesting.
    12. "S" class items can be sharpened from 15% to +25% with a chance of 0.05-0.01% "for true fans".
    13. Player with parameters S+25 can get into a special galaxy) When receiving S, you can even give such a task. "The Forerunner Planet"…

    This improvement will not require significant changes in the game, but it will significantly increase the incentive for players to develop in the game and fight for items and resources. Significantly enliven the game.

    Another wish:
    1. It would be nice to allow the properties to glow sharpened technologies "blocks working with gain +" high-class Player ;
    2. Enable your ships to follow your Base Ship at a given distance in space. Personal flotillas "D" -1 satellite ... "A"-4, "S"-5 small ships accompanying the base (home) in space, or 4 small and 1 large.
    3. The size of the satellite ships is limited by your class (D,C,B,A,S) The higher the class, the more blocks the satellite ship can have. The player faces a non-trivial task to make an optimal satellite ship of the appropriate class.
    4. Ideally, add a command menu button for each escort ship and for the entire group (via "shift").

    It's a shame when the found ship can be repaired, but it will not be able to take off.
    Or it is impossible to move, drag the base you like closer to yourself.
    It is necessary to provide for changing the class of the Base to a Large ship and back from a Large ship to the Base.
    When changing the type of object, unsuitable blocks should be destroyed, this will exclude unfair play and will allow not only to lift crashed ships into space, but to move bases in space and on the planet.
    And how "funny" it makes it possible to steal other people's databases on the server)))

    Not sure why "C" would be smaller than "D". The Devs can't use that ranking anyways, bc would straight up rob No Man's Sky ship classes (C-A and S class)

    Anyways I would love to see npc fleets either way. Thanks for keeping the dream alive!

    Thank you, I corrected the text.

    I hope that the proposals will not be ignored,
    especially since their implementation does not require reworking the physics and game models,,
    much is limited to the character's settings and the technology tree,
    everything was planned according to the principle of 20% effort - they give 80% effect.
