I don't see much activity on this forum lately, which makes me sad because I do love this game. I wanted to say that the update from 1.12 that allows vessels to reach max speed even if they're full of loot is a great addition. Makes me very happy to be able to still hit max speed, even if it takes a while. I see what you're doing and hope to see more soon!
I think most people are on the various Discords for the game (official and community based), reddit, and the Steam discussions. I still check here every other day or so to keep informed about game updates or to see if anyone has questions and to leave suggestions and bug reports. It's just harder to get people to sign in to another website when they can just hop on Discord or go to something like Steam and just post.
I feel that Eleon should encourage their members to post here instead/as well as 3rd party social media platforms, I personally do no social media whatsoever so always try to show my support and interest on the official game forums, no matter what the game/sim, though it's proving difficult here as there seems so little interaction between the makers and the users! ravien_ff states he pops in regularly to view updates and new posts on suggestions etc but I've not seen a post from 'staff' on that thread for ages... even one that says "don't be so daft" would be welcome as it would show an interaction and interest with the members... it's your official site!
We dont post replies on suggestions, not on any channel where they are recieved. There noted down and discussed internally and eventually you might see it in the patch notes
I was using that as an example, simply 'joining in' would show that the forums are visited by the devs, where interaction between the Eleon team and the guys and gals that bought and are enjoying the game in an approachable environment. Not every post has to be a brief communiqué, you're allowed to have fun sometimes on your own forums
