    Summary: Airtight ramps aren't airtight

    Description: The ramps that are airtight are not air tight tested 1x3x1 ramp

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1)build POI
    2)Add ramp
    3) suffocate

    In testing on CV.. I found the ramps 1x3x1 is not airtight..
    all other Ramps seem to be fine
