Have you tried removing your CACHE folder under your saves game folder, or the 'template' folder in the game folder? They contain bin files, and they can hold old server info that can screw things up
@KnowItAllDM just to ask did you touch the global time or speed time sliders in the debug menu or use the ticks command in this save game ? I presume you haven't but just wanted to check.
