Is it in the works to eventually be able to create custom factions for custom scenarios? I think this would be an amazing creative experience, making custom factions for custom scenarios, having some factions warring against other factions, where the player can choose which side (if either) to support.
I was always a huge fan of the way factions worked in the game Freelancer, and always dreamed of creating my own similar universe with my own factions in Empyrion.
This would be great if possible to Combine with the 'races' of starter planets, if not 'based on that already'.
