    Hello,

    I made a small programm to manage the Dedicated Server via Telnet and another tool to create the dedicated.yaml and I want to share it with you. :)

    Feel free to use the Programs as they are ... for free!

    If you have a wish for the next or a later version, please let me know. :)

    The newest Versions of the programs are here in the first Post.


    EmpCon Version 0.2.0.9 Servermanagment via Telnet

    New in Version 0.2.0.9:

    - Run another application in an configured interval
    - Some commandline parameters (only for testing)
    - Code from EmpServerControl migrated to EmpCon


    Features to send a Mail if something goes wrong and Serversettings from a MySQL Database are palnned.

    Before I go to my bed, I want to share the next Version with you.

    I can't sleep so I have implemented the AutoChat and Autoreboot features.

    In the next Version I want a Warning Message before the AutoReboot interval triggers ... like some kind of a countdown or something like this.

    Sorry ... maybe an Mod or Admin can move the Thread?

    This look like a false positive. I wrote a mail to "Ikarus" (I did not know them before) to their "false positive Mailadress". If they answer, I will post it here.

    The Application is Compiled with DelphiXE5. I try some other Compiler directives, but Ikarus just don't like me. :(

    Now I will test the new Version with some Bugfixes.

    Version 0.1.1.5 runs from yesterday morning until now to restart our Public Testserver every 3 hours and send Textmessages every 10 Minutes.
    The only problem is a full output Window. The next Version autoclear the output.

    EDIT: I Have the answer from IKARUS Security Software GmbH. It is an false positive. I don't know what happens with the new version. Maybe they fix it in their Database only for the submitted File.

    You can recheck it at Virustotal ... it is ok now.

    @Ceshun : Thank you ... If you have any Idea for the tool I will try to implememnt it. :)

    It is for the Community and should be easy to use for everybody.

    Here is a new Version of the Tool.

    I cleanup the Serveroutput a littlebit. The Program reads the "Info: ..." response from the Server and display them in a Statusbar at the bottom and not in the Serveroutput Windows any more.

    If you Start a Autoreboot for the Playfields, the Program does not restart the Playfields instant any more. Now the Playfields will be restarted, after the Timer triggers.

    If you Click on the Save Button, the Program save your Serverdata and now the Autochat-Text too in a *.ini file next to the Executable.

    If the new Commands are comming, i will implement them as soon a possible. :)

    Here is a little Update ...

    Bugfix: Double Linebreaks fixed ... now it looks much better.

    Chat Window: The Program get Chat's from the Serverdata and show them in an extra Memo-Field.

    Moin elinox,

    ich habe dein Tool gestern mal ausprobiert.
    Leider habe ich damit keine Möglichkeit zu sehen, wer auf welchen Planeten ist.
    Eine Anzeige hierfür existiert leider nicht und der Befehl zum Aufrufen wird als Text an den Serverchat weitergeleitet.
    Vielleicht könntest du dies ja noch mit einbauen.

    @DragoonTT Gute Idee ... habe ich direkt eingebaut.

    In this new Version I implement the Servercommands for Playfield and Playerinfo.

    Sorry but impossible to extract it. It makes errors. All version make me extract errors. On Seven or linux. How to extract it ?

    hello,
    i know it is a windows program :) .
    We can either extract an archive on linux. The problem is not here
    and i tested on two different windows seven WITH winrar installed.
    No success...

    Thats not fine.
    I use this Tool and its fine.
    I extract IT with the newest version of winrar without problems.
    Redownload it and try again.

    That's funny but i tried with all different versions here.
    Probably an error with firefox. I try with an other browser...

    EDIT :

    Same result on Chrome and on an other machine...
