Summary: Growplots can be placed with horizontal alignment but only work when vertically aligned

Description: Growplots can be placed with horizontal alignment but only work when vertically aligned. You can not place a plant in any growplot that does not have the default alignment. This is all well and good on planet playfields were there is always a fixed up and down even if plants don't actually care what up and down is so long as they can absorb nutrients through their roots but whatever.
In space 'up' and 'down' are and should be completely relative.

My super technical screenshots of the problem:

What I was trying to do when I discovered this didn't work:

I have also attach a copy of my save in case you want to have a closer look as it show a specific use cases for the problem.

I would like some clarification on this as well, is it a bug or working as intended? I had to scrap an entire garden build I was gonna make cause it turns you cant place sprouts in the grow plots, but it allows you put the grow plots nontheless.

This isn't a bug & has been like this for a long time.
