Fixed Hv speed on space. [7045]

    The hv speed limit on space is around 3 m/s. When you push the shift for the turbo it reach 50 m/s like it is on planet.

    I think is a bug , or is done on that way?

    A fix for this will be available in the next experimental branch release tomorrow.
