    Summary: Immobile Space Vessels base bugs out when collided

    Description: There is a problem with Space Vessels in a planetary orbit/space playfield, where if the mission of the Space Vessel is immobile, and you ram it with a suitably large CV, the base will continue to rotate endlessly without stopping.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    -Load a scenario or playfield with a SpaceVessel that has Mission: Immobile.
    -Start attacking said SpaceVessel
    -at some point, using a large CV, ram said SpaceVessel Entity
    -SpaceVessel will then start rotating and spinning a lot, will not stop for any reason, even if you remove the CV

    Valid workaround: Decoring the base will eventually force the entity to stop moving, after like 10-20 secs.

    They are spawned as CV instead of BA. They really should be a BA I think.
