I don't know if this is the place for this but on one of my playfield is bugged on my server, some people are stuck on a certain playfield and we get an error saying: Info: Missing heartbeat of 'Colorado' server, will kill in 2.3 seconds. Anyone know that issue? Cheers,
Hi you should really post this in the bugs thread but not to worry. Can you send me the save file of the server & if the save if using a custom scenario that isn't a stock scenario can you also send me that aswell ? Also can you make a zip folder of the dedicated_log, playfield_logs & some client_logs from when this has happened or happens to help track this issue down ? Thanks.

No the actual save file entirely. If its too big for you to make a copy & upload to a file sharing site & send it to me you can remove the other playfields except the ones the issue is happening in from the playfields folder to cut the folder size down before making a zip folder copy of it. I hope that makes sense.
Apparently the patch from today fixed it, people are able to login into the playfield now. Sorry for the mixed up, if the issue comes back I will gather all the info needed and use this tread for it. Or PM you about it. Cheers,
