Description: If you go to start a new save game, you can upload the scenario Default Random EXP despite it being a stock scenario. This has started to fill up the workshop with these uploaded scenarios. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Go to start new game. 2) Select the Default Random EXP scenario. 3) The upload to workshop button lights up.
