However, if you save the game and leave/exit, you get the message again, every time you load the file, regardless of how long it has been since you completed it, or if you already got the message. Steps to Reproduce: In a single player game, take one of the repeatable faction quests. I've gotten it for each of these: Wildlife Cam The Unholy Torching the Weed Complete the quest. Continue playing until the message pops up that the quest is available again. Save the game and exit. Re-open the game. You will get (again) the message that the quest is available. If you do not do those quests again, you will get the message the quests are available every time you launch from save. Confirmed. In my case it was Wildlife Cam. I had saved the game right after it first told me I could repeat it. Then later when I started the game again. It again told me I could do it again. I just thought it was because I had just quit the game right when it did the last time. I played for awhile and had reached space then quit last night. Opened the game this morning and sure enough the game again reported I could redo the quest.
Confirmed as well, it's always the Wildlife Cam when loading a SP file. However, I believe you have to have played it once before you'll get the repeated message.
It's absolutely all the quests. I have done 3 of them, and every time I load the game, all 3 give me a message. If I do any others, that's going to get really annoying after a while...
I just haven't done all three. Question though is it giving you them all at the same time or one at a time. It seems to take for ever to disappear from my screen for just the one. If it's giving you one at a time that would get really old quickly!
Just wait until you do the Human Remains mission. Every few seconds for like 10 minutes straight (felt like at least 10 minutes anyways) you have to listen to that stupid message chime notification when you and IDA are talking back and forth at one of the wreckages. You can't right click to skip through it either.
Does this still happen for you in A12.4 ? Can you attach a save game where it happens when you load in ?
@Pantera - I can confirm that it occurs in A12.4 at this time (build 2914) with Wildlife Cam. Have not done the other 2 as yet. Also seeing this in .4 with the initial Talon quest - a separate bug report on that has been filed. I have uploaded the save on that one but can upload it here as well for the Wildlife Cam mission as well if you need it.
I figured the repeatable (sometimes) notifications was a feature because there is no pause function in many dialogue screens. The lack of pause is troublesome because the spelling and grammar is so bad that while a native English speaker can parse it, extra time is needed to parse out the errors while reading and that time is not offered. Of course, all the dialogues are in the Steam directory under "steamapps\common\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Content\Configuration\Dialogues.ecf." Empyrion has interesting plot potential, I'll certainly grant, though it seems hastily put together with the errors, a rough draft. Empyrion is in alpha and all stories begin with a draft; let us pause to read your draft, to absorb the story you are developing.
Single Player Survival - Alpha 12.1 2956 I'm not Sure if this is a Bug or intended. I made 2 repeatable Missions for the Polaris (Wildlife and Power Down the Zone) and after i completed them and they were available again i got a normal popup about this. But when i quit the game and reload this messages pop up again. Not a big thing, but it is annoying. I generally hate annoying Popups, expecially with an annoying Sound (Bing!) and when they are unnecessary. An Option to turn off the Soundeffect would be nice.

This is driving us nuts too on my co-op play.
