Summary: Double count on Pirate Hunt Reputation missions

    Description:
When doing a Pirate Hunt (this might affect other missions as well) when you kill a pirate ship or base it counts the kill. If you place a core and raid the ship/base then remove your core it counts the kill again.

I haven't tried this, but I'm going to guess this could be exploited by placing and removing cores repeatedly from a Pirate vessel/base you already have taken out.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Start a reputation mission (Pirate Hunt) for the Free Colonists
    2) Find a Pirate ship or base. Core it.
    3) Place a core to take over the ship/base.
    4) Remove the core just placed. One kill for killing the Pirate, one kill for removing your core from *your* base.
