(some time in the past when i last tried to go underwater) and have no idea when this changed, or whether its a purposeful change. CVs go underwater no issue, SVs can at best bob ass end up at the surface (as do HVs) noticed this on a lost Mia game -- but started a quick vanilla Ningues game and this seems generically true Just posting as a -- are you aware of this -- as makes underwater bases kinda difficult.
