Game freezes for a second every 5 or so seconds. This didn't happen before today's update. Tried to upload video but got a "Security Error" because I can't upload a 55MB file. I had the same issue, but I was assuming it was due to the CPU being at 100%. Could you check your system load when the issue is happening? If you look under your task manager (you don't need to be doing anything, just load a save game) and see if the CPU is higher than 35-40%. If it is, that would explain the freezes every few seconds as the CPU needs to swap out tasks. You might also want to check your memory use as well as if you have less than 16G, version 1.9.2 will eat that very quickly and then you'll be running in swap (which is VERY bad).
