Toggle run does not work

Summary:

Description: 1. The toggle run does not work in Experimental at all. It works in 1.6.3 I have assigned TAB as the key.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Assign any key on Toggle run and test it . Only Shift always pressed works as always for run. Toggle run does not work since Exp 1.7.x

 

Same here. It didn't work in 1.7.1.1 and not even now in 1.7.2.

 

Same here....I miss that feature.
