Always thought that automakers should be targets of drones. Siempre pense que los automineros deberían ser objetivos de los drones.
AFAIK You can build a Base around the Auto Miners. Last seen in a MP-Game Video of @spanj . Also I can't recall that Drones does attack/destroy Auto-Miners. Most attacks go for those on Bases and Vessels mounted Devices. Auto-Miners are not listed.
I think I expressed myself wrong. I wanted to say that I would like the automakers to be targets of drones. That way it would be a little bit more challenging. Creo que me expresé mal. I think they said something about there being base versions coming in A12, or maybe it was the water extractors, and being as bases are targets for drones...
1. Drones that collect ore from auto-miners and return them to designated base (To automate mining further). See SatisFactory, etc. 2. Orbit-to-Planet weapon(s) - similar to C&C Ion-Cannon or Nuke Missle. Fires on a designated area on the planet. Long recharge time and warning of its presence to all factions on the planet when it is placed / built in space. Limit 1 per faction per sector. 3. Zirax Orbital Drop-Pod Ship - drops Zirax Troops via escape pod(s) on your base during BA attacks. These attacks stop once the orbital ship is destroyed. UPVOTE!
1: More technology items to research with more varied resources. An example, such as different types of radar or mining lasers for different types of work and range. 2: A UI based setup for adding or removing game options at start up, including planet size difficulty and other choices. 3: Different types of add on armour and modules for the environmental suit, armour modules will need to be replaced after any damage etc and are harder to make, the personal radar could be an add-on module.
Call me crazy, but I have desperately been waiting for a simple "Auto Sort" button for containers since around Alpha 4. Seriously, it would be amazing.
1. suit upgrades (this way volume could actually be on by default because you can slowly increase how much you can carry for example) 2. autocourse jumping (you set a goal sector and it automatically gets you there the most efficient way) 3. ability to scan for asteroids

Lights, LCD's and such small things can be placed 6 times (all directions) in a standard cubic area. {I have entire ships sections with no lighting because the opposite wall has a nice deco wooded corridor piece.} 2. Shortcut tools for editing. Like Control-C {copy}, Control-V {paste}, Control-U {undo}, Delete Key {deletes entire selected model} and others like Shift+Left Arrow {moves selection section left}, as opposed to Left Arrow {Moves selected model to the left}, Page Up and Down would be the Z axis. Rotate is needed too. 3. A wall mounted push button. Is set to '0', pulses a '1' on press, goes straight back to zero once unpressed. This will allow me to push a button to open a door, ramp, light a lamp and so on. Seems an oversight to miss out on this, or am I missing it?
1) Wheels; ground craft that can roll instead of hover. 2) The escape pod really should have some type of airtight suit with a refillable air tank. 3) Concrete growing plots that don't take a freakin' Large Constructor to make. It's just concrete and dirt, for pete's sake. My two cents, anyway. Tim
Improve the "survival" aspects for those who look for this in a game with Survival in the title. 1. Fatigue. Not the "Run" limiter that currently exist for short term activity but the longer term tiredness that comes from needing sleep. Make the beds needed for more than just skipping nighttime. 2. Dehyration. I've got a water bottle in the survival pod. Why? I'm an effin camel when it comes to needing to drink. 3. Debuffs for low food, fatigue, and Dehyration status. These may not be easily implimented for MP games but at least make them optional in SP for those players who like the fuller survival management experience. If you can add optional Mass/Volume and CPU to the game then I think this is pretty low hanging fruit to work with.
That was hard but I make my choice (sort by priority for me) : 1/ With the Alpha 12, when you host your own server. I would like to set a different system (in the galaxy) for each player. Usely after one month with a server up players are a bit frustrated (especially for new player) because all POI or Ore have been already loot. By this way it would let a chance to be stuff before to move to an other system. The other things is that you can let them be stuff and fight then between us with equal technologies. 2/ Having the possibility to set a trip to your vessel. Not a remote control that would be to easy for player but more planning itinerary for the vessel. To make that not to easy, I would propose that it can be only for small vessel (or at least cost a special resources) 3/ Make damage (not necessary exploded) when vessel fall on the ground or hit a rock. Given how much vessel glitch and start jumping around where you try to stabilize them (auto rotate - O key) while close the ground - I think this would currently be a terrible idea. They have a massive amount of work to do on physics and broken hit cubes before they could even vaguely think about impact damage.
You are right. It's just on my list TOP3 of features I would like. Nevertheless I know my third proposal won't be easy to do. I know all the amount of work they have to do at this point and won't expect that done for now. I sort my list by priority for me. Thank you for the feedback
