Not a bug Graphic issues with firing guns/shields

Summary:When firing a gun in resource mode or weapons or getting hit in shields there are blocks where the beam comes out of the weapon or when they get hit, also the graphics of matter coming out of the fusion reactor player made its small blocks instead of looking like matter is coming out of it...all other graphics have no issues, space with the exception of when you got a plane that has a research vessel when you fly to it there are large block looking things that move in the background while you are moving .. Also no other scenario has this issue only after I upgraded to 1.8 did the issue start,, also did not have the issue when I played in experimental 3

Steps to Reproduce:
1) ran game in single /multi player and have the same issue
2) only happens in RE.. no other mode has the issue n
3)

Screenshots, Crash Logs, any other Relevant Information or Download links...pic attacked is when I use the starter weapon in resource mode in a new game started after 1.8

 

hum how do I do that? I updated the game thru steam.. yes it only happens in RE in both single and multiplayer

will that happen automatically? in other words wait a day? even in single player

ohh my lol...its just hard to play when the ships start firing back hahaha...ill stand by thx again
