@Kaeser, i like the mustang, it's kinda funky. I'd like to try a version of my connie, but I'm not sure that would translate well into this.
Very small update! On the saucer section, decks 10, and 9 are done...LOL they are small. Deck 8 on the way. Things are going slow, very very busy. Check the spoiler! Spoiler
it is nice and huge! ... but a question, what for an enterprise it is? (132, 133, 135e, 182f, 182g) it looks a littlebit like the Enterprise 133
Not sure I'm following you mate, but I think @yhossarian was talking about this one... https://robertsspaceindustries.com/...lation/Constellation-Andromeda#buying-options
My new heavy planetary raider/fighter. Have 4 of these made and I'm building the carrier/battleship now.
Hello, Adding to the Blueprint database the CV USS PHOENIX (Prototype BC-305 / 3rd generation of Daedalus-class ships). This is an improved version of the USS GEORGE HAMMOND. I left a lot of free space inside to be custumized by each player. Enjoy and have fun! Mega.
Ok guys, this my new ship may be a bit controversial, it´s probably the first “space caravan” in Empyrion after all and armed to the teeth no less, so take it as a suggestion of what can be done…. So it’s basically a moving base, a SV that comes equipped with all the amenities you can find in a CV like large constructors, food processors, gravity generator, farming plots and a medic station, all topped off with turrets for defense. If you want to know how it’s done check this post here: http://empyriononline.com/threads/how-to-put-turrets-on-a-sv.2195/
OUTDATED 4 in 1 Raven Heavy fighter / Dropship / Light bomber / COD A well armed, resilient but still compact carrier born vessel. Main variants : Raven F Mk II Heavy fighter Rear : 6 thrusters slant Front : 4 thrusters armored Up : 2 directionnal Down : 2 armored Sides : 3 directionnal each 3 RCS 2 fuel tanks 1 oxygen tank 1 container 3 landing gears 1 spotlight Weapons : 4 railguns (enough to "one-shot" turrets) Raven B Mk II Light bomber Similar to the F Mk II, but armed with 6 rocket launchers (4 in the nose, 2 under the wings) Raven D Mk IV Dropship Rear : 4 thrusters slant Front : 4 thrusters armored Up : 2 directionnal Down : 2 armored Sides : 3 directionnal each 3 RCS 2 fuel tanks 1 oxygen tank 1 oxygen station 1 small constructor 1 fridge 3 landing gears 1 spotlight Weapons : 4 gatling guns (to kill aliens without leaving craters everywhere) Raven C Mk IV Carrier onboard delivery Similar to the D Mk IV, with constructor and oxygen station replaced by containers and fridges. Blueprints here : http://empyriononline.com/posts/19750 These are the creative configurations, to save fuel in survival you may want to replace the front armored thrusters by directional thrusters and delete 2 thrusters slant. More fuel tanks or passenger seats can be easily added to the D and C variants.
The F-9a Hummingbird: Crew: Pilot - 1 Max. Output: 1.80 MW Fuel Capacity: 400 Units Mass: 4.04 t Variant(s): I. F-9 (armed - Plasma Cannon) II. F-9a (armed - Pulse Laser) With the construction of a new carrier ship underway the time has come for a new fighter/interceptor. Enter, the F-9a Hummingbird. As its name suggests the Hummingbird, or "Hummer" for short, is a quick and agile ship with a fairly petite figure. Although the F-76 Buzzard has proven its worth in battle, its broad wingspan and mediocre turning speed eliminates it as a viable option for carrier-based fighters. Where the Buzzard lacks, the new Hummingbird excels. A much more narrow wingspan and greatly increased turn response make boarding carriers or other docking bays much easier, especially when time is not a luxury one can afford. The small footprint also helps to maximize hangar space allowing greater vessel capacity and increased safety for all parties involved. In order to reduce the size, of course some compromises must be made. In particular, its space-saving size limits the area on which equipment can be placed. This bird does not carry oxygen supplies or fabrication equipment nor does it have a means of storing perishable items. Engineers do not foresee this being an issue, however, as the craft is built nearly exclusively as an extra-planetary ship intended for no- or low-gravity environments. In other words, it is very unlikely to be deployed for reasons other than fighter-on-fighter engagements, vessel support/escort, patrols or similar. As opposed to most survey, resource gathering, or ground support missions such roles won't likely have many Hummers ever even touching down planet-side other than when docking at designated stations. As such, the pilot will not need to resupply while on mission eliminating the need for such equipment. Storage space is provided for emergency oxygen bottles and food rations should the need arise. A beneficial side effect of less equipment is reduced fuel consumption. Even though greater fuel economy is not needed to allow for longer missions (again, not this vessel's role), it allows for a prolonged and more aggressive application of thrust. This is needed as the ship relies on its speed and agility to evade incoming attacks since it lacks sufficient armor to protect it during extended engagements. While the majority of "average" pilots might see this as a dangerous drawback that will only add to a pilot's stress level and reduce his life expectancy, there are a select handful of captains that thrive in such a dynamic environment. Many say you can tell just by looking at a pilot whether or not he is a Hummer pilot, and that's not by looking at his uniform. With a noticeably proud, independent and surprisingly proper (some say arrogant) demeanor while on-deck, one may find it hard to believe that these pilots are most often considered very aggressive and somewhat trigger happy. To the point where many pilots consider them reckless and dangerous to be around and suggest you "give the Hummers as much space as they want". The Hummers are no strangers to controversial actions, but appear to rarely see consequence for their actions.
I've already shared this ship in Eleon's Blueprint sharing thread. I wanted to see my ship crashed on a planet though and figured I would share a few more pics.
Building ist still in progess. The Front is not long enough i know (250 block limit) I hope in future the blocklimit grow up. Someone here who want to help me with the interior?
messing around in creative- would never fly something like this in survival. also i think it looks better without the guns and landing gear.
Looks cool but I agree it's likely not the best fit for survival mode with the new drone and turret accuracy & damage improvements of late. But it is a SWEET looking ride, nicely done.
