Summary: Transparent Items (windows, railings, etc not showing

Description: When entering a POI/CV/SV/HV some of the windows or transparent items like railings will not be displayed but will take damage and prevent movement. Or you salvage a transparent item and the block is still visable but you can walk through it like it is not there. This is random and may or may not correct with reload of game.

Same, I was on the swamp starter planet and the glass on the Crashed Cockpit was doing the same. I went to salvage the glass and the first one I hit all of them vanished they were still there. The model for the broken glass as you are salvaging stayed after getting the block. The other glass that vanished did the same thing.
