Type: Loading & playfield bug Summary: Essentially when you and others. Go load into a playfield all together, could be everyone on the server or it could be 3+ people. Ships freeze in mid air and we cannot fly them. Relogging sometimes fixes this issue but then the server gets stuck on "loading structures". Description: Steps to Reproduce: 1) Get everyone in the server 2) Warp to a new sector 3) At the same time everyone needs to load into the new playfield and then fly around, glitch will happen. I've had this happen several times with a ground-pounder CV. CV is completely unresponsive to movement controls for up to a minute but the view controls still work ok.
Is there any steps that lead to this being at least reliably reproducible ? I have not experienced the described issue above on our experimental server.
Had it happen twice yesterday. I was alone in the playfields both times. Relogging fixes it. I wish there was a reliable repro, haven't come up with anything yet.
I have found a repro for this which I think is the same issue described in this thread https://empyriononline.com/threads/sv-hv-freeze-in-multiplayer-on-skillon-1045.101835/ We will try to have a fix done for this in the near future & will update here once it's ready.
