Summary: Upon reloading the game after previous crash SV not responding properly and in different place on the planet. I was in the water and SV was not calculating thrust stats properly. Before crash top speed was 100m/s after it was 22m/s

Description: Upon reloading the game after previous crash SV not responding properly and in different place on the planet. When I re-opened I was in the water and SV was not calculating properly. Openined up statistics panel of the SV and CTD'd

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Load up Save (Link Here)
2) Open up P menu and click on Stats page

1) Look at Explorer ship in hangar during "12h ago" phase of the story after fitting thruster & core.
2) "P" to open ship menu then "Statistics"
3) Crash to windows.
