Now for lot of players in my guild GAME CRASH REGULARLY , even when connected to server or in Creative . FIXXXXXXXXXXXXX
When making a bug report please use the report template & explain step by step how to reliably reproduce this if you know how the template can be found near the bottom of the first post here https://empyriononline.com/threads/...uirements-known-issues-troubleshooting.47082/ How to attach logs to a report: Spoiler: Click on this spoiler to expand & see more information The client log, dedicated server logs & crashes folder locations: Client log location: Right click on Empyrion in your steam library > Properties > Local files > Browse local files > Logs Dedicated server logs ("Dedicated" & "Playfield" logs): Empyrion - Dedicated Server\Logs\<build number> If a crash occurred please also look for & attach a copy of the crash folder. Crashes folder locations: C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\LocalLow\Eleon Game Studios\Empyrion - Galactic Survival C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\Temp\Eleon Game Studios\Empyrion - Galactic Survival Create a dxdiag file & attach it with the previous files In Windows 7: Click on the "Start" Button. As for me, I have noticed Empyrion 1.5.5 seems to need more ram than 1.5.2 I had to add 4 Gb virtual memory before successfully launching a game.
Virtual Memory should always be at least twice the size of your RAM - at least most Tips and Windows itself does say so.
@Pantera Building in creative mode and it seems to crash upon texturing. It was fine yesterday no problem but crashed twice in about...I dunno...20 minutes? I am using my own custom creative scenario, I'll switch to the default creative one and continue for a bit. If it crashes again I'll update this post. Worth noting it's not every time I texture, seems to be highly intermittent.
I'm afraid this log doesn't show anything useful. If you find a way to successfully trigger anything please create your own thread & attach the client log & crash folder if one is generated as per: How to attach logs to a report: Spoiler: Click on this spoiler to expand & see more information The client log, dedicated server logs & crashes folder locations: Client log location: Right click on Empyrion in your steam library > Properties > Local files > Browse local files > Logs Dedicated server logs ("Dedicated" & "Playfield" logs): Empyrion - Dedicated Server\Logs\<build number> If a crash occurred please also look for & attach a copy of the crash folder.
