Im trying to make my own POI.

What im trying to create here is an underground bunker with a couple of hangar doors exposed.
But everytime i start a test world with the blueprint in the prefab, it spawns in a giant hole, with no ground/soil on top of it.

    What am i doing wrong here? 20191105200849_1.jpg 20191105200917_1.jpg 20191105201245_1.jpg

I think you need to remove 'Blueprint flattens ground'.

Also I'm not sure the ground offset should be - 2 here (more like -15?? or so). I think it was meters you need to enter and one block is 2m high. You can also use decimals, if needed.
But I could be wrong about that.

I've tried many heights atm :\ -1 or -2 looks about the right height in my case.

You were right about the 'Blueprint flattens ground', it no longer spawns a giant hole. but now is the base for some reson completely filled with ground :(

Tried the same settings as your test file, I got a pond with a buried bunker at the bottom :D :(
I've attached my file, maybe you can see my error ingame.

Blue print flatins ground will flatten to the bottom of the building. Regardless of how deep you put the building.

Terain removal will remove all ground in the rectangle of the building. ( This one you want).

Keep top soil is complicated it works as it says it keeps grass but will put a divit next to the blocks of the building. Which can look odd.

The depth is -2 per block so a 4 block deep building is -8.

Note, none of these work if spawning it from the f2 menu.

Your base looks like 12 blocks deep including the filler blocks, so you need someting like -24 in the ground offset
    The rest is all good

Looking at the screenshot it looks like your build isn't centered on the build grid, which is a common and very annoying problem with sunken builds.
Open the console in creative and type in: prefabinfo 'Abandoned Bunker' -clearpivot
spawn the build and re-save that one. It will be centered on the grid so it won't end up half submerged outside the wall of the build or with missing pieces of surface terrain.
