Steps to Reproduce: I didn't move my character but only where I was looking and several parts blinked in and out. My friend asked me if I set them or not, I said yes. Sometimes he can see things that I cannot. It happened on a toilet block. It doesn't seem to happen on solid blocks but sometimes I cannot see some Window blocks when I am setting them.
