Same issue as I had. Can not reproduce though. Sudden teleports do happen on mission stages from time to time, it does not matter which exact quest it is. EDIT: Actually, teleports happened to me in Chapter 1 and this particular quest. May be it has something to do with the quests. All the other ones go smooth. Teleports happen 600-2000m from the quest location.
Unfortunately not just from time to time, it happens every 3d time with me and I'm just dying in space...
I just had the same thing happen in Chapter 1 as well. Got bounced out of the Talon Settlement, about 300m away. I got a warning that I was leaving logistics range before dialogue with the Chief exited, then once it did, I was suddenly down the hill from the settlement. Didn't even fall, it just placed me there like I had teleported to it myself.
