1. Collecting Crystals. They need to give more ore because the warp fuel consumption is way too high. 2. I also vote for more love for the bike. And if there's a slot in the toolbar, put it there first. 3. And hydrogen farming is up there on my list, along with mining. More mining cores please. 4. Canned goods need a way higher shelf life. (Yes I know this isn't a chore, but making them only to go bad is). And 5 which is a bug imho, having to press the open key multiple times when coming off a vehicle to loot a dead critter. If you only press it once, then it throws you back.
My new annoyance: The hotbar change delay in CREATIVE MODE. Man that drives me up the wall slowing me down. Especially how long it takes to switch back n forth between color/texture tools because the stupid texture removes the color... ok, so thats two current annoyances...
Yes! See, I'm not the only one who has this issue! And I was starting to think I was imagining the whole thing....there is a long pause where you cannot shift R-click for a few seconds after you just did it. Hotbar eating is the only way to go. I still don't get why there isn't just two options "Eat" or "Eat till full".
Better yet, let me learn to eat automatically (mid-late game tech tree) when my guy gets hungry. Making sure I have food to eat in my inventory is enough.
*Imagines someone clicking "Eat till Full" while at less then 100 Food to auto-snarf Salami then shortly after a Spider sneaks up on them & is biting their ass cause the Player couldn't be bothered to check their surroundings for danger before commencing this, then being Stunlocked outta ability to get a weapon & counterattacked by the forced food munching so instead the peep is just standing or jumping around snarfing food while being snarfed as food then the Player dies to the Spider... then the peep comes to the Forums & makes a 2,000 Word 10+ paragraph Post on why the "Eat till Full" Option was a bullshit thing for the Devs to do...* I have a better idea: Keep proper control over what you can & cannot do when where why & for what reason. Control Freakism FTW!
Having to exit my sv/hv to loot a drone, animal or plant. Early game, this is fine as we really need that loot and resource and the hard graft is rewarding. Mid game it's getting a little tedious but we kinda still need to do it. Late game, we no longer rely on it but if you're like me you hate leaving all those lovely drones un-harvested and my hv should be able to harvest those meatasaurus' after my turrets have taken them out. Some sort of deployable harvest drone, looting teleporter, etc. Maybe something we could use to collect ore from AMDs as well?
Number 1 annoyance atm is oxygen not automatically recharging when i exit the water. It is a breathable atmosphere, so why should i have to recharge my oxygen using bottles. Im not talking about when i have my helmet off, im talking about when i put it back on before i go in the water. Shouldnt the suit be able to recharge automatically in a breathable atmosphere.
You need to find a pentaxid deposit. I've got more pentaxid than I know what to do with. You can mine thousands at a time.
There's pentaxid nodes to mine on planets also. At least the difficult planets on the server I play on.
I have to agree to an extent. For new players that don't have a grasp of how things unlock and what direction to take when starting you can easily use up bio fuel and be on a planet that has very little or no seaweed.
There's a lot of posts regarding painting and texturing. Maybe just make a higher tier tool that does both where you can select a texture or color that will be applied to blocks as they're placed.
Considering the technology we would have in the year 2473, i assume that it could be refilled automatically in a breathable atmosphere. Im sure there would be a filtered refilling system on the suit
True. So lets add that as one of the missing suit apparatus pieces to be added in the future. We need a few so lets do an extended tank as a T1 and the T2 can be some sort of electrolysis piece.
In the 24th century, I would hope so. Our jetpack automatically refills so it probably has some sort of air pump on it.
I think the Space Suit ya wear stores Pressurized Oxygen & is not equipped with any kinda doohicky for self-grabbing air from an Atmosphere, Pressurizing it, then piping it into the Suit Reserves... as I assume that such Equipment to do that with is damn bulky... so bulky it takes 2 Small Block Spaces (aka about the same Width & 2/3rds the Height of a Player Character Size...) & 2 Large Block Spaces (aka more then twice the Player Character's Size.) of Space's worth of Equipment to get the job done which also probably includes but is not limited to Equipment Hull Strength for withstanding the Pressurized Oxygen's pushing power against its containment, Filtering to remove bad smell & hazard alike, maybe even auto-filtering of Diseases, & the actual physical space for holding the actual Oxygen itself which can't just auto-magically get shrunk into a Hammerspace Container that doesn't exist to hold more in the same space for no reason at all whatsoever. Maybe in the future such a doohicky will be made & placed in one of those not-yet-active Player Inventory Slots.
