Been having same issue since 1.8 update. The "basic" looking drones function normally. Larger 2-propeller drones do the same as mentioned above - kind of rock back & forth, never firing even when out in open. Same bug report template info as OP with different seed. Tried all the basic troubleshooting steps (reinstall, verify files, etc.) Edit: Included link to reddit thread & steam discussion thread with others experiencing the same issue. Build: 1.8.7 B3863 Mode: Survival Mode: Single Player SERVER NAME: No Server SEED-ID: 745859 If applicable: MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS: None Reproducibility: Always Severity: Major Type: Large Drones Summary: Large Drone variants do not attack or move normally Description: Large Drone variants don't aim or move normally. They generally "rock" up and down slightly, not turning towards target & aiming & firing. If stood still out in the open, they will fly around but almost never shoot. Using godmode to put player exactly in front of barrel they sometimes shoot, but other than that are broken. Non-large drone variant fires & moves normally. Tried all recommended troubleshooting steps: Reinstall, verify, check for custom config, turn ai on/off, different map/seed/difficulty, etc. Nothing works. Started after updating to 1.8. Haven't been able to play since that update. Steps to Reproduce: 1) None needed.
