When player A is sat in the cockpit of the docked SV player B who is sat in the CV cockpit (parent vessel) won't be able to move until player A exits the SV cockpit & either leaves the CV or gets in to a passenger seat on the CV. How are you making the CV move in this situation ? Can you please supply a save game where 2 players are setup with a SV & CV in a location where this happens for you & also make a short video showing this happen exactly as you say with your steps to reproduce ?
